Silver can tarnish so it is recomended that a regular polish with a silver cloth can help. When not wearing, it is best to keep silver away from light.

It is particulary important to prorect all precious metals from sea air and water. Please resist using silver dip, as in time it will affect the finish and accellerate tanish. A good scrub with a toothbrush water and washingup liquid is a pretty effective way to clean silver and gold and will not damage either metal or gemstones.

Gold vermeil will dull, a quick buff with a silver cloth brings back the lustre.

To keep packaging to minimum, pieces are sent wrapped with tissue paper in unbranded boxes that can be used again to send someone else a gift.

Each item is designed and handmade by Julian Warrender. The time needed for the making processes ensure a unique and individual piece.

Most items held in stock are dispatched within 7 working days.

Because the pieces are handmade, there will not always be stock of every item. If the item chosen is not currently in stock you will see a note at the side of that product stating “made to order”. Orders usually take between  4-6 weeks to complete. If there is a particular deadline please contact us.

Standard delivery starts at £8. delivery is free for orders over £250. Overseas delivery will be calculated at checkout. All deliveries are tracked and signed for.

All items, other than earrings may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.
